WOODSTOCK VT: OPEN MIC 
9pm: Bentley’s restaurant presents “Open Mic Mondays” hosted by Brian Warren. Bring your instruments or your voice to #3 Elm Street. For more info call 802-457-3232 www.bentleysrestaurant.com 

LUDLOW VT: OPEN MIC 
8pm: All musicians are welcome to come and jam at this Open Mic at the Killarney, 44 Pond Street in Ludlow. Sign up starts at 8pm. Call 802-228-7797 for more info. 

JACKSONVILLE VT: TODDLER STORY TIME 
10:30am: The Whitingham Library in Jacksonville offers a weekly Toddler Story Time with Books, Songs and Crafts for toddlers and preschoolers. The library is located 8 miles south of Wilmington on Rte 100, across from the Post Office. See www.readwithus.org or call 802-368-7506.

BRATTLEBORO VT: 
MUSIC & MOVEMENT, AGES 1-5 
9:45am: “Little Strummers Ukulele Club” allows those who are interested to arrive 15 minutes early and enjoy 15 minutes of Ukulele playing with Annie before their class. Limited to those who are registered for the “Movin’ Into Music” class – an additional $5 per session. 
10-10:45am: The Brattleboro Music Center offers weekly “Movin’ Into Music” Classes for children 1-5 years and their caregivers. Annie Frelich – one half of the popular duet The Annies, leads this class. Class-age siblings are invited to join for just $5 per class additional.

NELSON NH: TRADITIONAL SESSION 
7-8pm: At the Town Hall, before the Nelson Monday night dance. Usually a dozen or so folks, playing reels, jigs, and waltzes, at half to three-quarter speed. Round robin - each attendee gets to pick a tune. There is a designated piano player to provide a solid foundation, but all other instruments welcome. A collection of sheet music is provided ($5 donation requested if you want to keep it), and many tunes are also played out of the Portland Collection and the New England Fiddler’s Repertoire. NELSON NH: TRADITIONAL CONTRA DANCE 
8-10:30pm: At the Nelson Town Hall, a contradance sponsored by the Monadnock Folklore Society. Regular players include Bob McQuillen, Harvey Tolman, Roger Treat, and Lloyd Carr. Regular callers include Don Primrose, Lisa Sieverts, and Rich Hart. There is an open mic for callers at this dance, and open stage for musicians -- though not a "sit-in" situation. GREENFIELD MA: STORY HOUR / CHILDREN’S 
11am-12noon: “Wild Things Story Hour” is for kids age 5 and under at the Greenfield Public Library, 402 Main Street. Stories, puppets, and singalongs. No charge and no sign-up necessary, thanks to Friends of the Library. Located in the LeVanway Meeting Room. Contact Kay Lyons with any questions at 413-772-1544 ext. 5.

GREENFIELD MA: LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE WELCOME 
7-8pm: Stop by the Greenfield Community Television Studio at 393 Main Street for the broadcasting of a wide variety of live performers on “Homegrown.” Sponsored by About Music, Pioneer Valley-area performers can contact Jason Mazzarino at the store in person, or call 413-772-6767. 

MONTAGUE MA: CHILDREN’S MUSIC 
6:30pm: Children’s Librarian Linda Hickman plays guitar and banjo and performs a variety of children’s music for this weekly evening sing-along, at the Montague Center Library. 
Linda plays a variety of children’s music on the guitar and banjo, and there are bells and shakers for the children to play. Children of any age and their families are welcome. Call the Carnegie Library at 413-863-3214 during the week or the Montague Center Library at 413-367-2852 on Monday evenings.
